Ten Holistic Laws of Life

Jim has identified the following ten Holistic laws of life which helped him to attain and maintain balance of the five stages of total health: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, and Blissful.  You can apply these laws to your life and obtain the same results.

 

FOCUS Because energy always follows intent, prioritizing, and then consciously choosing where to focus your energy, frees you up to accomplish your goals quickly with the least amount of time and effort.

 

SIMPLICITY   

 

Paring down and keeping your life simple and clear of clutter provides room in which to grow and allow new people and things to be attracted into your life.

 

IMPECCABILITY Living life impeccably by more and more doing what you know deep inside is the right thing for you to do in each and every circumstance gives you peace of mind, a clear conscience and maximum clarity of purpose in your life.

 

JOY   By each day moving more and more toward the things that bring you joy and away from the things that bring you non joy you can attain a state of bliss, confidence and power because you are feeling so good as a result of the daily choices you make. Total joy (bliss) is your true state of being. How much pleasure can you stand?

 

BEING  

As a human BEING you need to remind yourself to "be" rather than to "do." Being slows you a way that your productivity and efficiency actually increases. Doing is to support the being rather than allowing your ego to just keep busy doing such things as paddling faster and faster without the proper direction, often upstream against the current.

 

SERENDIPITY    Being aware of and giving acknowledgement and gratitude for synchronistic events in your daily life anchors them in and increases their frequency.

 

MANIFESTING    By consciously deciding and choosing what you really want in your life you co-create your reality and get to be the star of your own movie script rather than being a bit player in someone else's movie.

 

HOLDING By slowing down and being patient you allow things to take shape in their own appropriate time and unfold in their due course rather than trying to hurry or force them. Efficient resolution is maximized as a result.

 

NAVIGATING Be aware of your environment at all times. Navigating: observing, evaluating, feeling and then adjusting to maintain balance while riding the waves of life will move you farther faster than being plowed under by a big wave or frantically paddling in a calm sea when there are no waves to ride.

 

NUTRITION You are what you eat. Listening to and properly nourishing your body, mind and spirit allows you to fully experience all of your senses during your time on this earth.
